Recruiting & Hiring Specialist (ECI)

Under direction of the ECI Operations department, the Recruitment & Hiring Specialist is responsible for supporting and coordinating recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and related administrative functions for Early Childhood Impact (ECI) staff. This role supports continuous program improvement by supporting full-cycle recruitment activities, onboarding, compliance tracking, candidate communication, and cross-functional coordination with Operations, Hiring Managers and site leadership.
