We’re looking for an experienced AI Learning Partner to help drive AI capability and adoption across the organization. This role combines expertise in Learning & Development, instructional design, stakeholder engagement, and digital learning to create impactful learning experiences that support practical AI adoption and business transformation.
You’ll work closely with business leaders, People Partners, and external providers to build scalable AI learning solutions that enable employees to use AI effectively in their day-to-day work.
What You’ll Be Doing:
AI Learning Strategy & Enablement
- Partner with business leaders to identify AI capability gaps and learning priorities.
- Build and deliver scalable AI learning programs, roadmaps, and enablement initiatives.
- Support enterprise-wide AI adoption through practical, workflow-based learning solutions.
- Create toolkits, playbooks, and resources that help employees apply AI effectively in their roles.
Learning Experience Design
- Design engaging digital and blended learning experiences focused on AI capability development.
- Develop role-based learning pathways across workshops, self-paced learning, peer learning, and live sessions.
- Curate content from internal experts, external vendors, and digital learning platforms.
- Continuously improve learner experience, engagement, and accessibility across learning solutions.
Community & Program Delivery
- Build AI Champion networks, communities of practice, and peer learning initiatives.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of AI learning programs, including planning, coordination, vendor management, and implementation.
- Measure learning impact using analytics, learner feedback, and adoption data to continuously improve programs.
What We’re Looking For
Required Experience
- 8+ years’ experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or Organizational Development.
- Strong hands-on experience driving AI enablement, AI capability development, or AI adoption initiatives within organizations.
- Experience designing practical, role-based, or workflow-based AI learning solutions.
- Strong background in instructional design, digital learning, and blended learning experiences.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate business needs into scalable learning solutions.
- Experience managing enterprise learning programs, vendors, and multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of AI adoption challenges, workforce capability development, and behavior change.
- Experience using learning analytics and reporting to measure impact and improve outcomes.
- Fluent English required; Spanish is a plus.
Preferred Experience
- Experience supporting enterprise AI transformation or future-of-work initiatives.
- Familiarity with platforms such as LinkedIn Learning, Workday Learning, SAP SuccessFactors, Notion, Miro, or similar tools.
- Experience working in remote-first or hybrid organizations.
