Overview Paid Search Senior Account Executive We are hiring a Paid Search Senior Account Executive to join a collaborative and high-performing team, working across well-known brands including Macmillan & Westfield

This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of campaign optimisation while contributing to meaningful, high-impact client work

You’ll be part of a close-knit Paid Search team, where your ideas are valued, and your development is actively supported

What you’ll be doing: Lead the optimisation and ongoing performance of Paid Search campaigns across key client accounts Manage campaign setups, ensuring accuracy and best practice across Google and Bing platforms Analyse performance data to identify trends, insights and opportunities for optimisation Take ownership of smaller accounts, such as Westfield, with support from senior stakeholders Maintain strong quality assurance standards across reporting, builds, and financial processes Collaborate closely with Account Managers, Directors, and wider teams to deliver client success Support and mentor junior team members, helping to build capability within the wider team Skills we’re looking for: Experience working within Paid Search, with confidence in campaign setup and optimisation Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into action High attention to detail across reporting, builds and account management Working knowledge of Google Ads and Microsoft (Bing) Ads platforms Familiarity with SA360 is advantageous but not essential Proactive and solution-focused approach, with a willingness to contribute ideas Collaborative team player with strong communication skills and a desire to learn Additional information Zenith UK offers a wide range of benefits to support our employees
