Job Description

As a Front Desk Agent, you are the first and last impression of the resort, providing exceptional guest service throughout the guest experience. You will warmly welcome guests, efficiently manage check-ins and check-outs, handle reservations and billing inquiries, and ensure every guest receives personalized, luxury-level service. Essential Responsibilities Greet guests with a warm, professional, and friendly demeanor. Complete check-in and check-out procedures accurately and efficiently. Process room reservations, modifications, and cancellations. Respond promptly to guest requests, questions, and concerns. Maintain knowledge of resort amenities, dining options, local attractions, and special events. Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction. Handle cash, credit card transactions, and daily balancing procedures. Resolve guest issues professionally and escalate concerns when appropriate. Promote resort services, amenities, and loyalty programs. Maintain accurate guest records using the hotel property management system. Qualifications Previous customer service experience required; hospitality experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer proficiency; hotel property management system experience is a plus. Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Ability to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
