We’re actively hiring Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) who are driven to make an impact and excited to grow with a company that values their passion and expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct initial assessments and reassessments
- Create individualized treatment plans
- Provide supervision and support to BTs/RBTs
- Conduct Parent Training sessions
- Develop and monitor data collection for all treatment goals
- Coordinate care with other professionals
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in ABA and related fields.
- Promote and maintain a healthy work-life balance for all team members
