Talent Acquisition Onboarding Specialist

Serves as the face of the Company with candidates and new associates. Supports the new associate onboarding process by scheduling drug tests, background checks, coordinating completion of new hire paperwork, and monitoring the processes to completion. This position also provides information and answers questions from candidates, associates and management to facilitate the onboarding processes and completion of required employment documents.
