職務概要
フィルム工程シフトエンジニアとして、先端プロセス開発部門（APD）、デバイス統合技術部門（DIT）並びに量産部門と連携し24時間7日間の技術開発を実施していただきます。
担当エリアは、CVD／PVD（成膜工程）、DIFF（拡散）、IMP（イオン注入）の4エリアです。
主な業務内容は、新規デバイス開発業務、Redundancy tool展開、Technology Development (TD) DEVICEにおける敏速な異常品対応などを実施、24時間365日（24/7）稼働、 止まらない技術開発の実現です。
業務詳細
- フィルム工程（CVD／PVD（成膜工程）、DIFF（拡散）、IMP（イオン注入））エリアにおいて、24時間365日（24/7）稼働体制下での技術開発業務
- 開発デバイスにおけるLevel Owner業務（プロセスセットアップ、プロセス改善評価、SPC管理、Redundancy展開など、PMIで規定された各種開発業務）の実施
- 新規装置評価および新規材料評価を含むプロセス開発業務の推進
- 新規材料導入に伴う剥離（はがれ）検査の実施および評価
- TD DEVICEにおいて、フィルム工程のプロセス異常品および膜厚（Thickness）計測エラー発生時に迅速かつ的確な対応を行い、ロットの円滑なリリースを実
- 慢性的なプロセス課題に対し、データ収集および解析・報告を実施し、先端プロセス開発部門（APD）または量産部門へエスカレーション
- 開発ロットにおけるサイクルタイム改善活動（冗長化装置（Redundancy装置） の展開、量産プロセスとの条件整合など）を製造関連部門と連携して推進
- 4勤4休シフト体制でのエンジニア業務対応、勤務時間は以下の通り
- 昼勤：08:00～20:15（実働10時間30分、休憩105分）/夜勤：20:00～08:15（実働10時間15分、休憩120分）
必須要件
※以下のすべてを満たす必要はありません。
■ ハードスキル（Technical / Professional Skills）
- 半導体に関する基礎的な知識を有している方
- 必要な教育内容を理解し、適切に実施できる能力を有している方
- Microsoft Office（Excel、PowerPoint、Word）などの基本的なソフトウェアスキル
- データの抽出、所定フォーマットでの整理を行い、レポート作成ができるスキル
- プロセスに関連する基本的なトラブルシューティング能力
- 日本語能力：N2レベル相当以上、もしくはビジネスレベル以上で業務を遂行できる方
- 加えて、英文メールや文書での英語使用経験がある方、または英語使用に抵抗のない方（ 翻訳ツール使用可 ）
- 学士号以上、または
半導体業界もしくは量産ラインでの実務経験2年以上を有している方 - シフト勤務（4勤4休）に対応可能な方
■ ソフトスキル（Behavioral / Interpersonal Skills）
- 担当エリアの課題を把握し、チームメンバーと連携して改善活動を遂行できる方
- 職場ルールを遵守し、問題発生時に適切な報告・連絡・相談（報連相）ができる方
- 関係部門と円滑にコミュニケーションを図る能力を有している方
- 業務に対して前向きかつ主体的に取り組める方
- 自己管理能力（業務面・健康面の双方）を有している方
