Lead, Production

Leads team members to meet daily production targets while meeting people safety and food safety expectations. Identifies problems or bottlenecks in production processes and resolves immediate issues. Partners with Maintenance to resolve issues where needed. Partners with Quality to address issues that are out of specification. Ensures materials, equipment and human resources are available as needed to maintain production schedules.
