About this Position What you´ll do Support the Head of PMO in driving best-in-class project governance and execution frameworks within a CX-focused operating model Take end-to-end ownership of high-impact initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and delivering measurable business outcomes Develop and scale AI-enabled dashboards, tools and standardized methodologies to enhance transparency, efficiency, and decision quality Track project progress, risk-assessment and mitigation measurement incl. reporting on C-Level Prepare key meetings and workshops with cross-functional stakeholder groups Share lessons learned to improve future projects and processes Analyze CX-related trends within Supply Chain
