UNICEF Kiribati is seeking an experienced Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist (MICS) to provide technical leadership for the Multiple Indicator Cluster Survey and deliver high-quality, disaggregated evidence to inform national priorities for children and women. Based in Tarawa, you will oversee the full survey cycle—working with the Kiribati National Statistics Office (KNSO), UNICEF Pacific Multi-Country Office and the global MICS team to strengthen methodology, support CAPI-enabled fieldwork, ensure robust data processing and analysis, and guide timely reporting and dissemination—while building sustainable national capacity and upholding MICS standards at every stage.
