PAINTER

The painter’s responsibility is to prepare washers and applies bonding agents to ensure proper adhesion for moulding. This includes washer preparation, bonding application, using manual methods and machinery such as degreasing machines, shot blasting equipment and Walther Trowel Machines. It’s the responsibility of the painter to deliver treated washers to the next station to keep production on track.
