Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for driving the deployment of Lattice FPGA solutions in data center server and embedded system applications.

• Lead and manage end-to-end program execution across multiple international sites, ensuring alignment of cross-functional teams, timelines, and deliverables in a fast-paced global environment.

• Define and drive project governance frameworks, including milestone planning, risk management, issue tracking, and status reporting to stakeholders at all levels.

• Facilitate and lead high-impact meetings including program reviews, steering committees, cross-site syncs, and executive briefings; prepare structured agendas, minutes, and action-item tracking to ensure accountability and follow-through.

• Leverage Generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, and similar platforms) to streamline program documentation, automate status reporting, improve communication efficiency, and support data-driven decision-making.

• Partner with engineering, operations, product, and business stakeholders across Shanghai and global sites to coordinate dependencies, resolve blockers, and drive timely execution.

• Champion continuous process improvement by identifying inefficiencies in current project workflows and implementing best practices aligned with industry standards (PMI/PMP, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent).

• Build and maintain comprehensive program dashboards and reporting cadences to provide real-time visibility into program health, risks, and KPIs.

• Drive cross-cultural communication and collaboration across geographically distributed teams, bridging language and time-zone differences to maintain program momentum.

• Mentor junior program managers and project coordinators, fostering a culture of ownership, transparency, and continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field; PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification strongly preferred.

• Minimum 8+ years of program or project management experience, with at least 3 years managing large-scale programs across multiple international sites (e.g., US, Europe, Asia).

• Proven expertise in project process management, including familiarity with methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches; demonstrated ability to tailor processes to team and program needs.

• Demonstrated proficiency with Generative AI productivity tools (such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, or equivalent) to enhance daily work including drafting communications, summarizing meeting notes, generating reports, and accelerating decision-making.

• Extensive experience planning, organizing, and facilitating meetings of all types — from team stand-ups and working sessions to executive reviews and cross-site program syncs — with strong command of meeting structure, facilitation techniques, and follow-up discipline.

• Strong command of project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, or equivalent platforms.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence without authority across cultures and organizational levels.

• Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity, prioritize competing demands, and drive decisions in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.

• Fluency in both Mandarin and English (written and verbal) is required to support effective collaboration across Shanghai and global teams.

• Experience in the semiconductor, electronics, or technology industry is a strong plus.
