Northrop Grumman’s Space Sector is seeking a Facilities Coordinator – 3 to join our team in Boulder, CO. This position is 100% onsite and cannot accommodate telecommute work. 

This role will be responsible for: 

  • Coordinating and supervising the construction, installation or rearrangement of equipment and building facilities and/or equipment and machinery maintenance for assigned area.  

  • Maintaining contact with and directs contractor representatives.  

  • Verifying labor expended and materials used and inspects projects for conformance to engineering standards and codes, building techniques and safety practices.  

  • Estimating percent completion of projects and advises designated individuals of cost status.  

  • Working in conjunction with facilities representatives under the guidance of the facilities manager to manage day-to-day operational tasks of the facilities department. 

  • Maintaining seating assignments and processing moves in the Corporates System of Record. 

  • Other duties as assigned. 

Basic Qualifications: 

  • Must have a High school diploma or GED with a minimum of 4 years of related experience 

  • Availability to handle off-hours emergencies and holiday work 

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)  

  • Must hold an active Secret clearance 

  • The ability to work on-site in Boulder, CO 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Aerospace Industry Facilities Experience 

  • Experience with Facilities Management Systems (Archibus, SAP, AutoCAD, etc.)

Northrop Grumman Total Rewards 

Primary Level Salary Range: $51,400.00 - $85,600.00

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
