The Role:
We are now seeking to add an Onboarding Manager to the team who will drive optimal integration of products purchased by our customers. You will join a global Customer Onboarding team with team members in Sweden and the Netherlands. The team is part of the larger Customer Success department where other colleagues in Customer Success Management and Developer Support will be working together with you on an ongoing basis to ensure that our customers have an optimal onboarding experience.
Our current team member in this position is going on leave, and we need to fill her shoes from August 2026 until August 2027. For this position, you have to be based in Vilnius, with a valid work permit to work in Lithuania.
What you'll be doing:
Lead customers to successfully implement products they purchased
Maintain high data quality with our CRM tools on onboarding projects and customers
Follow up with customers
Collaborate with other departments like Sales, Customer Success, Service Desk, Finance, and Product
Help with upsell opportunities, documentation, and product improvements
Participate in meetings with customers and prospects
Make recommendations on onboarding processes
You are:
1-3+ years working experience
Continuous learner - committed to ongoing learning and development to stay current with industry trends, Signicat’s products, and best practices.
Customer-centric – passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and achieving customer success.
Organized – able to work on multiple, different onboardings even during a high-demand
Ideally, you have:
Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, IT, or another related field or relevant work experience
Excellent communication in English both verbal and written
Project management skills to finalize onboardings and follow up on customers' feedback
We consider a plus if you speak - Dutch, German, Norwegian, Swedish, French, Danish, Finnish, or Spanish.

Salary
2,500–3,000 €/month gross. We’re open to discussing your salary expectations to ensure alignment with your skills and competencies.
