Make a splash and earn extra income doing what you love! HealthFitness is seeking enthusiastic Swim Instructors to join our Aquatics Team in Downers Grove, IL.

In this role you’ll deliver fun, safe, and confidence‑building swim instruction for children through private and small‑group lessons—designing personalized programs that help every young swimmer thrive.

This position is part-time, working approximately 6 hours per week.

Responsible for providing effective and safe swim instruction to adults and children participating in private or small group lessons. Design individualized programs to meet the participant's interests, abilities, and goals.

Minimum Requirements

• Must be at least 17 years old.
• Adult & Child CPR/AED certification from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required within 30 days.
• Must have a strong swim background.
• Proficiency in all swim strokes.

The compensation range for this role is $16/hr - $20/hr. The final wage offer will be determined based on factors such as location, qualifications, experience, skill set, and other relevant factors.  We understand that compensation is an important factor when considering a new opportunity, and we strive to provide a competitive wage within the market.
