This role offers $30+/hour, with top performers earning $100,000–$125,000+ annually based on experience, production, and consistency.

What You'll Be Doing
As a technician, you'll work a steady, year-round schedule supporting residential and light commercial customers throughout the Kansas City area.
You will:
- Diagnose, service, and repair HVAC systems
- Perform preventative maintenance and identify issues early
- Clearly explain findings and recommendations to customers
- Maintain a high standard for workmanship and safety
- Manage your daily workload and appointments efficiently
- Represent the company professionally in the field

What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of hands-on HVAC experience
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic ability
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Working knowledge of HVAC tools and systems
- Ability to stay organized and work independently
- Good communication skills with customers and team members
- Dependable, professional, and detail-oriented
