Job Description

What You’ll Do

Provide practical support and companionship, including:

  • Companionship and emotional reassurance

  • Personal care and daily routines

  • Medication prompts/support (where required)

  • Mobility support and safe assistance

  • Meal preparation and light household tasks

You’ll bring reassurance and continuity at an important part of the day for clients.

No Experience Needed — Full Training Provided

We welcome people new to care as well as experienced carers. You will receive:

  • Structured induction and shadowing

  • Paid mandatory training

  • Ongoing coaching and supervision

  • Option to undertake accredited Dementia Care training

  • Option to undertake accredited End of Life Care training

  • Financial support towards Health & Social Care qualifications

  • Opportunities to increase hours and progress

Pay & Benefits

  • £12.60 – £13.60 per hour (higher rates with completed NVQ levels)

  • Paid travel and wait time

  • 35p per mile mileage

  • Guaranteed hours available

Sunday Afternoon & Evening Hours
