What we're looking for:
We are looking for an experienced Branch Administrator to join our Hope Valley team on a full-time, 6-month contract, working set hours of 7:30am to 4:00pm.
In this role, you will provide key administrative support across payroll, docket processing and the preparation/submission of monthly claims. We are seeking someone with strong administration experience, excellent attention to detail and, importantly, a sound understanding of claims processes.
You will also support general day-to-day branch administration and work closely with the wider team to ensure accurate and timely processing of information. Experience using systems such as FCC, Esker, Word, Excel, Outlook and Ariba will be highly regarded.
What you’ll be doing:
Processing payroll, timesheets and related employee documentation accurately and on time
Managing dockets, ensuring records are complete, accurate and ready for claim submission
Preparing and submitting monthly claims in line with customer and business requirements
Raising purchase orders as required and maintaining accurate procurement records
Processing invoices and supporting billing requirements, including submission through customer portals
Assisting with purchasing, stock control, ordering and general branch administration
Working closely with finance, operations and site teams to ensure timely and accurate processing
What you’ll bring to the team:
Previous administration experience, ideally within a contractual, payroll or claims-based environment
Strong understanding of payroll, dockets and monthly claim processes
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, record-keeping and documentation
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
Clear communication skills and confidence working with internal teams, customers and suppliers
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to take ownership and contribute to team success
Experience with invoicing, purchasing, purchase orders and customer portals will be highly regarded
