Main responsibilities:
Perform on-demand product performance (i.e. reliability, availability, fleet evolution) analyses, including the management of the activities' requirements and the redaction of the final report
Support, through dedicated analyses, the main PSE functions involved in the implementation of the In Service Product Improvement process and other corporate initiatives resulting from the technical committees
Manage, as part of PSE function, the development of product maturity initiatives, such as obsolescence analysis and implementation of dedicated streams with Suppliers to evaluate product performance improvement process
Support the Company process aimed to monitor and improve product competitiveness through the identification of dedicated performance parameters.
Identify new digital tools and functionalities which can provide added value within the current PSE processes and manage their development in coordination with the other stakeholders involved.
Skills
Big data analysis capabilities;
Bachelor/Master's degree in Engineering (preferably aeronautical)
Expertise in reliability and availability analysis, with the capability to perform a critical review of the main results;
Knowledge of programming tools (i.e. Excel, Power BI, Python);
