Job Description

This position is mainly responsible for handling the day-to-day RMA receiving activities. Job Summary This position is mainly responsible for handling the day-to-day RMA receiving activities. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Handle the day-to-day RMA Receiving activities Maintain daily productivity/workflow reports Work with customer and vendors regarding returns or DOA’s / warranty exchanges Collaborate with vendors/manufactures to obtain Return Merchandise Authorizations Negotiate with vendor/manufactures on call tags and waiving restocking fees Resolve difficult issues related to miss/lost/damage with our vendors/manufactures Responsible for scanning all return merchandise authorization documents to the company server Follow up and resolve issues related to purchase and sales orders as well as return purchase and return orders Maintain, review and update process documentation on a regular basis; Creating new documents as required Collaborate with various internal departments and offices on RMA returns and credits Other duties assigned as needed Skills and Abilities Communicate and interact with internal employees, clients and colleagues in a professional and timely manner Self-starter capable of working independently and ensuring to meet deadlines Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written Ability to balance multiple tasks with changing priorities Excellent structured problem-solving skills Demonstrate time management skills with attention to detail Ability to exercise solid judgment with sound problem-solving and decision-making skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) Education and/or Experience Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in logistics and/or customer service preferably in AV/Video Teleconferencing, Construction, Telecommunications or related field Experience operating in a multi-state and/or complex matrix business environment Working Environment The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
