The Senior Identity Specialist is responsible for driving the strategy, design, and continuous enhancement of Danaher’s global Identity Services ecosystem. This role identifies, recommends, and implements innovative identity and access management (IAM) solutions, best practices, and security improvements that strengthen, scale, and protect identity services for associates worldwide.
This position reports to the Director – Enterprise Identity and is part of the Corporate Information Technology organization and will be fully remote.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Design, build, grow, automate and continuously improve our Identity Service through self-learning, training, collaboration with other industry experts and understanding and translating the need of our customers.
Secure our Identity Service to continuously protect our customers, businesses and brands. You will work closely with our Information Security team to validate policy, configuration and identify new threats.
Collaborate with a large internal IT group and lead or help others to solve complex problems.
Lead migrations and integrations into the identity services
Mentor, guide, train the support/operations teams through online sessions, documentation and site visits.
The essential requirements of the job include
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
Proficient in Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, SailPoint IdentityIQ, or similar Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) platforms, and CyberArk or similar Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions.
Expertise in identity lifecycle management, access governance, and ensuring compliance with security standards and regulations (e.g., SOX, GxP, GDPR) including identifying and mitigating compliance risks.
Ability to develop forward-thinking strategies that align with organizational goals and adapt to dynamic environments with a proven track record in leading, motivating, and developing high-performing teams.
Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision while effectively collaborating within global, virtual teams; strong communication, troubleshooting, process improvement, and operational support capabilities.

The annual salary range for this role is $130,000-$160,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
