Job Description
Essential Functions:
Assist managers in opening and closing
Answering phone calls
Seating guests
Control heavy volume at Restaurant entrance
Knowledge of hotel property
Inform the guest about buffets
Attend to and anticipate guests needs
Familiarization with menu
Introduce server to guest
Greeting guests
Knowledge of daily specials
Assign guest checks
Tools and Equipment:
Computer and printer, pen/pencils, photo copying machine, file folders, filing cabinet
Working Enviornment:
Interior of hotel, in all areas of the hotel
Exterior of hotel with exposure to weather conditions
Exposure to various hazardous chemicals
Exposure to food items and beverages
