The Role: Leadership in Action
As an Assistant Manager, you aren't just "behind a counter." You are a team builder and a business driver. You will:
  • Lead the Crew: Recruit, train, and mentor the next generation of pretzel pros.
  • Drive Results: Work with the Store Manager to maximize profitability and hit performance goals.
  • Master the Craft: Learn the art of making our famous golden-brown pretzels from scratch.
  • Ensure Excellence: Maintain the high standards of cleanliness and "smile-first" service that Auntie Anne’s is known for.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Previous management experience in retail or restaurant environments.
  • A valid driver’s license.
  • The ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends (it’s a mall, that’s when the fun happens!).
  • A positive attitude and a passion for leading others.
