Introduction – 

 

This is a great opportunity to join Oxford University Press as a Talent Acquisition Partner, where you will act as a trusted advisor to the business and influence hiring decisions through insights and market expertise. Opportunity – 

 

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will:

  • Partner with hiring managers to design and execute effective recruitment strategies aligned with business goals
  • Build and manage strong talent pipelines using market insights and proactive sourcing techniques
  • Deliver end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, assessment, offer management, and onboarding
  • Influence hiring decisions through data, market intelligence, and cost-effective sourcing strategies
  • Coach and guide line managers on best practices in hiring, selection, and minimizing bias
  • Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
  • Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives in recruitment processes and talent attraction
  • Ensure compliance with legal, data privacy, and internal recruitment policies
  • Collaborate with HR teams across functions to align recruitment practices and improve processes
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives, including training and process optimization

This role has a direct impact on building high-quality teams, improving hiring efficiency, and strengthening OUP’s employer brand.

 

About You

 

Essential Criteria

 

  • Strong experience in agency or in-house recruitment
  • Proven ability to manage end-to-end and high-volume hiring
  • Excellent stakeholder management and business partnering skills
  • Strong sourcing capability and experience in building talent pipelines
  • Experience using multiple tools and methods to assess candidates
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and workload management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

 

Desirable Criteria

 

  • MBA/PGDM in HR or relevant qualification
  • Industry-recognized recruitment certification
  • Advanced social media recruiting skills
  • Experience in conducting or leading selection interviews
