Job Description
- Define end-to-end procurement processes across multiple regions or product areas/functions globally, establish standardized procedures, workflows, and guidelines for various procurement activities.
- Ensure that global procurement processes align with the overall strategic objectives and goals of GPO, collaborate with stakeholders to align processes with business needs and objectives.
- Identify opportunities for process automation within procurement operations through the use of AI tooling. Evaluate, select, and recommend new technologies or AI capabilities to enhance procurement operations.
- Develop strategic plans and roadmaps for the evolution and enhancement of procurement and contract lifecycle (CLM) systems and align technology initiatives with the long-term goals and objectives of GPO.
- Manage contract lifecycle management (CLM) system enhancements and day to day vendor management of feature prioritization. Stakeholder management with various Legal, Operations, and Legal/Procurement Engineering teams.
