Job Description
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS:
• Receive tasks from Team Leader, notably for assisting Lead Technicians and Technicians and act accordingly.
• Upon repair completion, clean the working area according to Post Maintenance Cleaning WI in order to handle back the area clean and free from any work residues.
• Arrange tools in Maintenance toolboxes and tools cabinets to ensure they are Set in Order and easy to retrieve.
• Carry-out 5S tasks in Maintenance Workshop and surrounding allies according to the set 5S plan and Team Leader’s instructions.
• Assist Maintenance team in loading and unloading parts, upon need.
• Carry-out specific Maintenance tasks, notably related to utilities’ cleaning (Chillers, compressors, filters and exhaust fans) on periodic basis.
SAFETY:
• Become familiar with the health and safety procedures and instructions of his/her function(s) of work.
• Follow NAPCO-IFP safety standards and comply with Saudi Labor rules and legislation.
• Contribute in the different OH&S activities and attend safety meetings as required.
• Attend all training offered by the company.
• Report any incidents, near misses, unsafe conditions or acts to his/her direct supervisor, or to the camp boss in case they are related to the accommodation.
• Immediately correct unsafe conditions, if safe to do so and where possible.
• Ensure that all safety precautions are in place before starting any work.
• Refuse to perform work when unsafe conditions exist.
• Report all incidents and near misses to their supervisor.
• Use the provided PPE safety equipment.
• Inspect tools, equipment and vehicles before use.
