Operations Line Leader - Fiber

POSITION SUMMARY   The Fiber Line Leader will report to the Production Manager in their respective departments (Spun Fiber / Blown Fiber) and will under general guidance direct production of their specified areas. This person will supervise line and furnace operators and line workers with respect to safety, production, cost, quality, and achievement of production plans.
