This role is focused on enabling high-performing agile teams by ensuring smooth delivery flow, continuous improvement, and strong alignment between product, development, and business stakeholders. You will act as a key facilitator of agile ceremonies while also playing a strategic role in optimizing processes, removing impediments, and improving team productivity through data-driven insights. The position requires a strong balance between coaching, delivery management, and analytical thinking to ensure teams consistently deliver value. You will work closely with Product Owners and engineering teams to refine backlogs, improve planning quality, and support decision-making through metrics and performance indicators. In a dynamic and collaborative environment, you will also help strengthen agile culture and maturity across teams.
