Physical Therapist

We are in need of a part time Physical Therapist at our Spanish Fork, Utah location with strong orthopedic and therapeutic skills who can work collaboratively in a multimodal approach that is Patient-Centered! Our therapists need to be self-motivated, very organized, caring and have a degree from an APTA accredited physical therapy program as well as a current license to practice.
