Leasing Consultant & Concierge - Shoreham & Waterbury House

Leasing Consultants are responsible for the leasing, marketing, and follow up with prospects and residents to ensure the highest level of occupancy at all times. This position requires strong computer and social networking skills, strong sales or customer service skills are also required. Concierge creates a positive impression of Bader by always greeting visitors cordially, using empathy and tact; make sure their individual needs are met. This position will provide information to residents/prospects and will perform some cleaning duties.
