Business Overview
The Marketing Division leads brand, creative,
marketing, and membership as a cross-group
organization with a mission to expand Rakuten Group's
membership value and ecosystem of over 70 services.
We believe that the mobile domain is a platform that
plays a fundamental role in the ecosystem, and as the
Marketing Division, we are further promoting collaboration with Rakuten Mobile.
Department Overview
We will increase the number of new Rakuten Mobile subscribers in the web marketing area and promote expansion of market share.
The CRM Group is responsible for accelerating new subscriber growth for Rakuten Mobile through data- and AI-driven digital marketing initiatives.
We take an end-to-end approach to designing and optimizing online customer touchpoints, including banner optimization across Rakuten-owned platforms, SEO enhancement for non-branded owned media, and CRM execution using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
In addition, with the goal of maximizing the value of our marketing platforms, we organize requirements and define specifications for functional improvements across a wide range of marketing tools, regardless of tool type or delivery model, and also play a PMO role to drive platform enhancement initiatives.

Position Details:
- Consider and manage the use of external marketing tools
- Strengthen SEO for owned media based on non-branded queries
- Promote CRM initiatives using MA tools and CX platforms (Salesforce, KARTE, etc.)
- Promote future planning and strategy development for marketing-related platforms
- Coordinate, negotiate, and manage project progress with internal and external stakeholders
Mandatory Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of practical experience in web marketing, or advertising sales or advertising consulting experience
Desired Qualifications:

- SEO knowledge
- Business-level English proficiency
