Seasonal Weekend Forklift Operator

Pay: $19.50/hr, plus $1.50/hr shift differential – On Demand Pay available Shift: Friday-Monday, 6:00am-4:00pm, with overtime as required Location: Indy North - 5550 W. 74th Street, Indianapolis, IN 46268 Job Type: Seasonal – not eligible for benefits Job Duration: This seasonal role is expected to last through the facility’s peak season. Employment may end earlier or extend slightly depending on department workload and business needs Culture & Engagement: Safety First Standard, Food Trucks, Employee Events, Holiday Parties, Employee Recognition Program, Advancement Opportunities!  Job Responsibilities: Operate order picker, turret, and other forklift equipment Load, unload, sort, stow, and perform case pick duties Assist with inventory management as requested Other duties as assigned Adherence to all safety policies – steel toe shoes required  What You Bring: Previous warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience - required Minimum 6 months forklift experience – must be able to work at heights up to 30+ feet Proven success working in fast-paced, high-demand seasonal periods Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift throughout duration of 8 to 10-hour shift Ability to communicate effectively in English (written and verbal) to be able to collaborate with team members and follow direction from leadership What Makes our Indy North Facility Special: Experienced, tenured, team who are willing to share their knowledge and experience Peak season fun – food trucks, basketball and cornhole competitions, giveaways Diverse, Inclusive, & Welcoming work environment
