Job Description
Would you like to play a key role ensuring our auto service warranties are processed quickly and efficiently? Servco Toyota Windward is looking for a Senior Clerk to process and reconcile warranty claims.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately code and process manufacturer’s warranty claims
- Make adjustments/corrections on any returned claims and resubmit for processing
- Review repair orders with technician comments and proof for accuracy
- Close repair orders
- Prepare, maintain, and organize files
- Assist with training lower level clerks
- Assist the Service Manager and Service Consultants as needed
Requirements:
- High school graduate or equivalent
- A.S. Degree in Auto Technology or Accounting preferred
- Minimum one year of clerical work experience involving warranty claims processing, data entry, or accounting
- Accurate data entry skills including ten-key by touch
- Beginner level Microsoft Access, Word, and Excel skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- DealerTrack knowledge a plus
- Work schedule: Monday - Thursday, 7:00am - 6:00pm
