Senior Recruiter

At QISG, the Senior Recruiter will be focused on EPC and data center construction, you will own full-cycle recruiting for some of the most in-demand roles in the industry — project managers, quality, senior projcect managers professionals who bring these projects to life. You'll partner directly with operations and project leadership to build out integrated teams quickly, sourcing talent across a competitive national market with a sense of urgency that matches the pace of our build schedule.The Senior Recruiter will research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization.
