Jersey Shore Medical Center operates with approximately 700 beds, serving as a major regional academic medical center. Specific recent data indicates it has 628 staffed beds and includes an 88-bed children's hospital (K. Hovnanian Children's Hospital) One Sous Chef will lead Retail Operations while the other Sous Chef leads Patient Dining Operations
