Job Title: HSSE executive
Department: Health, Safety, Security & Environment
Reports To: Operations Manager / Project Manager
Job Summary: Responsible for implementing, and monitoring health, safety, security, and environmental programs across facilities and operations. Ensures compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and company policies while fostering a culture of safety and environmental stewardship.
Key Responsibilities:
Health & Safety Management Implements comprehensive health and safety policies, procedures, and programs. Conducts regular safety inspections, risk assessments, and workplace hazard analyses. Investigates incidents and accidents, prepares reports, and recommends corrective actions. Maintains safety records and ensures regulatory compliance with OSHA and local health and safety regulations.
Environmental Compliance Monitors environmental performance and ensures compliance with environmental regulations and permits.
Compliance & Reporting Prepares and submits required regulatory reports and documentation.
Experience Minimum 2-3 years of HSSE experience in facilities management, construction, or commercial real estate environment.
