.We are seeking a Content and Social Lead in Singapore to lead the content strategy and social media execution that educates, engages, and empowers customers while building brand presence and community across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
Define and execute content strategy across owned channels: blog, newsroom, guides, learning center, and social platforms
Lead content and social media teams and manage relationships with external content contributors
Develop content frameworks aligned to customer needs, SEO strategy, and engagement objectives
Create editorial calendar balancing market commentary, educational content, product stories, and social campaigns
Develop and execute social media strategy across key platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
Drive social-first campaigns that build awareness and engagement with target audiences
Monitor content and social performance metrics and optimize based on engagement and conversion data
Ensure content and social communications comply with financial services regulations
Establish editorial and social guidelines and tone of voice standards
Requirements:
7+ years combined experience in content leadership, editorial, and/or social media management
Proven experience leading and developing content and social media teams
Strong understanding of financial markets and trading (or ability to learn quickly)
Proven track record creating content and social strategies that drive engagement and conversion
Strong editorial judgment and ability to commission and edit diverse content types
Strategic thinker with ability to develop integrated content and social strategies
Strong understanding of platform algorithms, content formats, and best practices across multiple channels
Creative storytelling ability with clear understanding of what drives engagement across channels
Advanced knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and digital publishing best practices
Demonstrated experience managing writers, freelancers, and content workflows
Familiarity with CMS platforms and content analytics tools
Understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements for financial services content and social media
Knowledge of social media strategy, influencer partnerships, and community management
Team leadership and mentoring capability
