HMI Software Product Engineer

HMI Software Product Engineer responsible for end-to-end ownership of User Interaction Controls, including Steering Wheel Controls, Multi-Modal Controllers, and Gang Switches. Leads integration of all user input signals and behaviors across in-vehicle systems to ensure consistent, reliable, and intuitive interactions. Drives alignment across product, design, and engineering, translating requirements into executable backlogs and validating behavior through hands-on testing. Consolidates ownership previously spread across teams to improve quality, reduce integration gaps, and accelerate delivery across multiple programs.
