OHSU Student Worker

- Collect, organize, and archive School of Public Health syllabi; respond to ad hoc requests for syllabi to support assessment, accreditation, and programmatic needs. - Collect and maintain textbook information for SPH courses to support compliance with Oregon HB 2871, OHSU Library reporting, and internal planning; report textbooks to OHSU library for procurement. - Maintain and update tracking spreadsheets, shared documents, and internal tools to ensure timely follow-up on academic and operational deadlines for TA/Graders, Syllabi collection, and Textbook collection processes. - Track undergraduate enrollment to determine eligibility for Grader assignments per PSU’s MOU; assist with TA/Grader assignment logistics and faculty communications. - Provide...
