The Service Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily transit operations to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient service delivery. This role supervises frontline operators, monitors service performance, responds to service disruptions, and ensures compliance with safety regulations and organizational standards. The Supervisor plays a key role in maintaining on-time performance, improving customer experience, and supporting continuous operational improvement. This role also serves as the primary liaison for operator check in and ensures 100% service coverage.
