Your Impact at dss+
You will lead the development and execution of digital go-to-market strategies, combining strategic vision, commercial leadership, and deep technical understanding.
You will work across regions and teams to drive adoption of digital solutions, strengthen consulting capabilities, and position dss+ as a leader in digital transformation.
Key Accountabilities
Define and drive the go-to-market strategy for digital consulting offerings across regions and industries
Identify market opportunities, customer drivers, and digital transformation needs, translating them into scalable solutions and business strategies
Develop and evolve technology partnerships to strengthen the dss+ digital ecosystem
Support product strategy, including positioning, pricing, and target audience definition
Drive adoption of consultative, value-based digital selling approaches across sales teams
Act as a senior subject matter expert for the digital portfolio, providing technical and strategic guidance across engagements
Lead, coach, and develop regional consulting teams to strengthen digital capabilities and delivery quality
Mentor and support sales and delivery teams in shaping opportunities and executing projects
Engage and influence senior client stakeholders, including technical and business leadership
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to define and strengthen dss+ digital value proposition
Capture insights and feedback from projects and clients to drive continuous improvement of offerings
Contribute to thought leadership, leveraging data, analytics, and insights to position dss+ in the market
Collaborate with marketing teams to shape internal and external communication and campaigns
