Location: Corona, California
Schedule: Full-Time / Hybrid | Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM
Travel: Regular local travel + occasional community events

Position Summary
As a Recruiter you'll play a key role in sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified Respite Care Providers. You'll collaborate with People Operation's and Care Operation's teams to meet staffing needs, represent Inland Respite at events, and maintain a strong candidate pipeline aligned with our mission.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview Respite Care Provider candidates in a full-cycle capacity
- Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Coordinate background checks, orientations, and compliance steps
- Post job ads and update recruitment materials
- Represent Inland Respite at job fairs, community events, and outreach programs
- Collaborate with internal teams on hiring needs and recruitment strategies
- Track and report candidate progress and market trends
- Assist with onboarding and continuous process improvements
- Support recruitment-related administrative projects and training
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required (associate's degree preferred)
2+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, ATS, and HRIS platforms
Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
Bilingual in English and Spanish (Required)
Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
Work Environment & Physical Requirements

Office-based with travel to local events and service sites
