QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field

Minimum 10 years of manufacturing experience.

Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role within the automotive industry.

Automotive manufacturing processes.
-
Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
-
IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.

Production planning, logistics, and supply chain management.
-
Financial and operational performance management.

Proven experience managing large manufacturing teams and multi-functional organizations.

English proficiency for communication with international suppliers

Develop and manage the plant operating budget.

Monitor financial performance and implement cost reduction initiatives.

Ensure achievement of profitability, productivity, and cost targets.

Drive continuous improvement of operational efficiency and asset utilization.
