Dispatch Supervisor

You will oversee the scheduling and coordination of approximately 150 mixer trucks, 30 haul trucks, and 9 ready mix plants, while providing day-to-day leadership to the dispatch team. As a key connection point between dispatchers, drivers, plant operations, sales, customers, and management, you will ensure accurate scheduling, efficient resource utilization, and reliable, timely service for customers.
