  • Act as a trusted point of contact for external benefits providers and vendors.

  • Support vendor management activities, including onboarding processes within SAP.

Data, Reporting & Process Excellence

  • Maintain accurate employee and benefits data across dedicated platforms.

  • Perform regular audits to ensure data quality, accuracy, and compliance.

  • Prepare monthly and annual reports covering pensions and benefits.

  • Support procurement activities, including Purchase Order creation and management.

What You Bring:

  • Experience in benefits administration, compensation support, or HR operations, ideally within a multi-country European environment.

  • Strong Excel skills with the ability to manage, analyse, and interpret data effectively.

  • Experience with SAP or similar HR systems is an advantage.

  • A highly organised, detail-oriented approach with a passion for improving processes.

  • Strong communication skills and the confidence to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

  • The ability to handle sensitive employee information with professionalism and discretion.

  • Fluent written and spoken English; additional European languages such as Spanish, French, Czech, or German are highly valued.

Why Join Us?
