SHIFT SUPERVISOR

As a Shift Supervisor Your primarily responsible for the daily management and supervisory control under Group Living operations. In this role, you will provide for the physical, personal and health needs of each youth through individual mentoring and skill development, and ensure ROP programs are being implemented in accordance with ROP policies and procedures and Federal, State and Local licensing requirements. Shift Supervisors will collaborate with other professional staff to establish and meet the goals of each youth's treatment plan, while ensuring safety and security of staff and students and proper supervision is maintained.
