
Paid Social Executive
Job Description
As a Paid Social Executive, you will support the planning, execution, optimisation, and reporting of paid social campaigns across a portfolio of brands spanning sports and fashion. Working closely with the wider Performance Marketing team, you will help drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and brand engagement across key social platforms including Meta and TikTok. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to develop their career within a fast-paced retail environment, gaining hands-on experience across performance-led and creative campaign activity.
Campaign Management & Execution
- Support the setup and optimisation of paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and other emerging platforms.
- Assist with campaign builds including audience targeting, creative implementation, budget management, and tracking.
- Monitor campaign performance daily, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, engagement, and return on ad spend.
- Support ongoing testing across audiences, creatives, product feeds and placements to continuously improve campaign performance and efficiency.
Data, Analytics & Reporting • Produce regular performance reports with clear insights and recommendations.
- Analyse campaign data and platform metrics to support optimisation decisions and ongoing performance improvements.
- Track pacing and spend to ensure campaigns remain aligned to budget and business objectives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Creative, Brand, and Trading teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with wider business priorities and launches.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external platform partners to support campaign delivery and testing opportunities.
- Stay up to date with social platform trends, updates, and best practices
- 1–2 years of experience in Paid Social or Digital Marketing, either agency or client-side.
- Understanding of paid social platforms including Meta and TikTok Ads Manager.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and an interest in performance marketing.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Experience within retail or ecommerce is beneficial but not essential.
