Job Description
- Serve as a friendly, professional first point of contact for clients—both in-person and over the phone
- Schedule appointments and manage advisor calendars
- Perform additional administrative duties as assigned
- Manage client database and maintain accurate records
- Follow up with clients and prospects to support relationship development
- Assist with marketing efforts, including social media and general office operations
- Support research and management of relationships with venues, caterers, and vendors for client events
- Help develop and monitor event budgets and timelines for smooth execution of events
- Manage event communications, registrations, and RSVPs
- Handle event setup, breakdown, and on-site logistics
- Help collect and review post-event feedback to improve future planning
- High School Diploma
- 2+ years’ of relevant experience
- Demonstrates strong proficiency and confidence working across various platforms and operating systems; CRM (Redtail) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication; written and verbal
- Skilled in building strong, trust-based relationships with clients by providing attentive, personalized service and guidance
- Collaborative team player willing to assist others
- Demonstrates exceptional organizational skills by efficiently managing multiple client requests and prioritizing time sensitive tasks
- Exhibits meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
- Self-starter who takes initiative and works well independently
- Demonstrates strong integrity and a commitment to ethical conduct, especially when handling confidential client information and financial matters
- $60k - $65k/year + bonus potential

Pay Range: $60,000 - $65,000 per year
