Job Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Agent, located in New Cairo. The Customer Service Agent will manage daily interactions with customers, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing customer accounts, providing exceptional communication, and supporting the customer service team to meet organizational objectives. Agents will foster positive relationships and maintain the highest standard of customer care at all times.

  • English level B2 / C1

  • Sales experience is required

  • University graduates only/Dropouts

  • Ability to work on site
