We are looking for a Manager, Retention Sales (Central Europe) to lead a team of Retention Sales Specialists and Solution Account Managers responsible for protecting and growing Adobe’s existing CXO customer base within the CXO business. This role focuses on driving renewals, minimizing churn, and identifying expansion opportunities across a portfolio of enterprise and mid-market accounts in the regulated industries segment.
As a frontline manager, you will coach your team, drive execution rigor, and ensure predictable renewal outcomes, while partnering closely with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Deal Desk, and other cross-functional teams. Ideally you are based in one of our Adobe offices in Munich or Hamburg, remotely is also possible.
What You’ll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Retention Sales Specialists to consistently achieve renewal and retention targets
- Own renewal outcomes across your team’s portfolio, ensuring strong forecast accuracy and disciplined pipeline management
- Drive early risk identification and mitigation, implementing clear save plans for at-risk accounts
- Establish rigorous renewal governance, including inspection cadence, deal reviews, and management of critical issues
- Partner cross-functionally (AEs, CSMs, Solution Sales, Finance, Legal, Deal Desk) to secure renewals and unlock expansion opportunities
- Support complex negotiations and ensure value-based positioning
- Drive adoption and value realization across the customer lifecycle, taking ownership of SBRs and customer engagement
- Continuously improve processes and operational efficiency, using tools and data to scale impact

What You Bring
- Proven experience leading quota-carrying teams in SaaS, ideally in renewals or retention-focused roles
- ~5–10 years of experience in SaaS sales, with strong exposure to renewals, subscription models and account management
- Track record of delivering against retention, churn, and ARR targets
- Experience managing complex enterprise renewal cycles
- Strong coaching and execution management skills, with a focus on accountability and performance
- Ability to navigate cross-functional environments and drive alignment across teams
- Data-driven approach with strong forecasting discipline and operational rigor
- Excellent communication skills in English and German
